If you have forgotten your password/passphrase, from the log-in screen, select theicon. Then select the “reset your password/passphrase” hyperlink
Enter your E-mail address (username) in the field. In the Send Reset Details To field, select the email option that appears in the dropdown (this should be your e-mail address) and select the Button.
After submitting the request, an email from unitesupport@uniontrack.com will be sent to your inbox, within this email select the “here” hyperlink to proceed in resetting your password/passphrase.
This link will take you to the page to reset your password.
- You will be prompted to answer the security question that you set up when you registered with UNITE, and then enter in your new password/passphrase and confirm.
- Finally, select the “Reset Password” button to reset your password. If you’ve met all the proper password requirements you will be able to log back into UNITE using your new password.
UNITE Password Requirements
- Must be at least 10 characters long
- Must contain at least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- Must contain at least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- Must contain at least one number (0-9)
- Must contain at least one special character
- Must have no more than 2 identical characters in a row (999 now allowed)
- No parts of your username
